I am on auto-ship, and the replacements came three weeks later than the previous six-month order time. Then, the new Paralda filter was different than the one I was replacing. It was replaced by Alen, but that was after many emails and phone calls. AND, if I could have gotten answers over the phone, no replacement would have been necessary, as the discrepancy was in the old replaced filter, realized once the newest filter arrived. I like the products, will consider buying another, however customer service has been lacking (for me, anyway). Having said that, I am glad Alen is still in business. Brian S

This machine and the filters have been a life saver. I run it in the bedroom all night. I sleep better, wake up without the usual headache and allergies are not as bad as in the past.

Great product. I've been using this for about a month now and it has really helped to keep the air free of mold that I could always smell before. The house smells fresh and I know my family is safe from any harmful effects of the mold. Also, my kids have alwasy wanted a pet, and I have resisted because I am allergic. I feel confident that this purifier would help keep the air clean enough that I would not have a big problem, so maybe soon my kids can have the pet they have always wanted. Thanks for helping me live better Alen!

What I like most about your company is that not only do the air purifiers do the job you claim but when there is a problem, you don't deny it but fix it. I am on an automatic filter replacement schedule and when one of the filters was damaged and didn't fit into the paralda, you immediately corrected the problem. It says a lot about your company.
