The Alen A350 Air Purifier (Open Box) features HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) style filtration, combining three layers of filter technology to purify and freshen the air in your home. Polluted air first passes through Alen’s washable Pre-Filter to capture large particles, extending the life of the filter. In the second layer, air moves through a unique, electrostatically charged HEPA style material that attracts and captures dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores and other airborne pollutants. In the final layer, clean air passes through a layer of Alen’s Activated Carbon, reducing light odors and chemicals commonly found in the air from cleaning products, smoke, cooking, pets and various other household materials. The A350’s ozone-safe Ionizer complements the HEPA style filter by charging particles in the air, causing them to stick together and become more easily captured.

Offering Alen’s greatest coverage, the Alen A350 circulates all of the air in a 750 square foot space more than twice every hour on the highest speed. It comes standard with the HEPA-Fresh Filter, designed for easy replacement. We recommend regular filter replacements (at least every 6 months with normal use) to extend the life of your air purifier and maximize performance for pure, breathable air.

I did a ton of searching before spending the amount of money that I did on this product to find that I would have much rather purchased two of a different kind. It sounded great on all the reviews and I do think it is falling short. I even have a much smaller room then it says it can handle so I would hate to think if I did have it in a bigger room. Then to put it on its max setting is ridiculous because you cant hear a thing around it. So we do that when we are not home.  I am sorry to say these things but I am disappointed and not looking forward to spending even more on the filters.

This is for the A350 Open Box. During my first look at the unit, I realized it had no filter inside! That left me feeling disappointed with my purchase. I left a message on the online contact page expecting a reply, but nobody did.

I called in myself, and luckily I was directed to Nicole Hernandez. She was very helpful in resolving my issue and she answered all my questions. If it wasn’t for her, I would have returned the unit and bought from somewhere else. Thanks Nicole!

The unit works great though. I feel it works well in my home on setting two. I’ve noticed the prefilter has caught a lot of dust and fur. The air in my home is fresher and my allergies aren’t as bad.

My suggestion for other customers is that they double check the filter is in place before running the unit. My original rating was a 2 out of 5 rating, but Nicole makes this worth giving a 5 out of 5. I enjoy being able to breath air cleaner and not itching as much as I have been without it. I am allergic to dust mites as well as other things. My son is immune challenged so this filters alot of things that are in the air inside the house. I really do appreciate the opportunity to enjoy my home alot more than before..Thank you
