we have 3 , 2 at the house , and one in the office at work. Couldn't live without them, ther're great. thought they were a little pricey when first looked at them, but after owning them, and with the customer support, they are well worth every cent

Happy with these air purifiers

I purchased a pair of these air purifiers 2 yrs ago. I have a 3 bdrm ranch and have one in the hall by bdrms and one in the family room off the ktch. I was so impressed with their performance I bought a 3rd 9 mo later for a finished room in the bsmt equipped with wood stove. I usually run my units continually at speed 2 which we find as an acceptable noise level. Speeds 3 &4 are about the same as noise goes and are distracting for conversation, listening, etc. I can't tell about the effectiveness of the ionizer & UV feature, but all the best purifiers I researched, often more expensive, included these. The replacement filters are pricey and I find they do need replacing after 6 mo time. But, they're filthy. I've had to replace the some of the UV lamps. If you can operate a screwdriver you should have no trouble. All said, the good news, I don't see any detectable difference in my electric bill and the house is fresh.

replacement for damaged A375

Your companys prompted responce to our broken A375 air purifier was greatly appreciated. A new replacement was shipped and we received it within a week. We now have two A375 units for our home,which are used for my wifes health problems. Would recomend the Alen company to all. Thank you B&K Laidlaw

I actually bought 3 T300s, 2 T350s and a T375. In each instance, within a half hour of start up the air was noticeably different, cleaner and devoid of odors. The units are a bit noisy on the two higest speeds, but the noise fades into the background so it is not a problem. We are very satisfied with these products, and I do hope they can run indefinitely. Wish Alen made a version for use in my car. Incidentally, Heywood, the sales rep, was excellent in every respect.

Just a brief note to let you all know at Alen's how appreciative I am in receiving the Smoke & Multi Gas Air Purifier. My family and I find it to be very very effective in removing unwanted particles from the air. I have a son who was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, a very aggressive cancer and who is presently receiving chemo therapy and needs to be around clean air and I have another son with seasonal allergies and since we've had this purifier I can tell you how impressed and thankful we are to have this wonderful product. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to breath in top quality air because you will. Just knowing my children are breathing in clean air is a wonderful feeling.
