The Alen Paralda Air Purifier has an intelligent, award-winning design that complements even the most discerning décor—all while offering greater efficiency and performance than other tower units on the market. The Paralda's unique Dual Airflow Design pulls air in through the back of the unit and then circulates purified air through two sides instead of one, delivering maximum amounts of pure air to your living spaces.

The Paralda utilizes Alen’s advanced HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) style filtration technology to purify and freshen the air in your home while protecting the filter against bacteria and microbes. Polluted air moves through Alen’s unique, electrostatically charged HEPA style material that attracts and captures dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores and other airborne pollutants. Alen’s antimicrobial Siver-Ion threads are woven into the HEPA style material, protecting the filter from harmful bacteria and microbe growth. The Paralda’s ozone-safe Ionizer complements the HEPA style filter by charging particles in the air, causing them to stick together and become more easily captured.

The design-friendly Paralda is a quiet operation, circulating all the air in a 450 square foot space more than twice per hour on the highest speed. It comes standard with a Silver Filter, designed for easy replacement with a self-closing cover. Quiet & Woke up clear headed May 9, 2012

The air purifier is quiet on setting one and two, but if you go all the way up it sounds more like a fan on medium setting. I use the high setting at night. I left the air purifier in my bedroom the first night and woke up without any sniffles or sore throat! I live in a very urban neighborhood and dusting is essential. There is night light that you can turn on and off. No complaints! A bit pricy, but worth it!

Use in a large bedroom.  Filters air very well, especially in spring when allergies are a problem.  Very quiet on low setting.  Nice design tall and thin fits into room easily.

We got the package deal and use one of these in the nursery, the other in the master bedroom and both work exceptionally well. Have really improved the quality of air in the master bedroom after removing/sealing off the old fireplace. Thank you Alen!

I was so pleased with the clean air effect of the Paralda air purifier I  purchased for my bedroom that I had to have another one for the livingroom. I am very satisfied with the service and the product.

This model works amazingly. After only a few hours, you can feel the difference in the air.

The only complaint I have is that it draws air in through the back, which means you really shouldn't have it in a corner or against a wall. That is, of course, exactly where I would like to put my purifier...
